Aphiemi is Greek for “to let go of from yourself” (or other things to that effect)…but in the new testament of the bible it has at times been translated as “forgive” also.

One of the greatest things I have been doing with my life for awhile now is to “let go.”  Let go of negative beliefs.  Let go of clutter (need to do that again!).  Let go of worry and stress.  Let go of worrying what other people are thinking of me (which I could have sworn I didn't worry about until I really started paying attention to me).  Etc.  All things that I am sure I'll be practicing for the rest of my life.

I believe the best journey you can go on is the one in which you discover yourself.   Life is the journey I am taking right now.
